We process your data based on your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) to enable AI translation functions, speech synthesis, interface personalisation, and performance analysis of the Platform via Google Analytics.

3. Data Collected

The Platform collects: Your Email (for profile access), device technical parameters (browser, OS), translation history (when the save function is enabled), personal API keys (if provided by you), and anonymous usage statistics.

4. AI Services and International Data Transfers

To perform translations, data is transferred to AI providers: OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Mistral, Groq, or ElevenLabs. Important information: These companies process data on servers located in the USA. We only use services that are certified under the Data Privacy Framework (EU-US) or use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Payments and Financial Information

The sale of credits and payment processing is handled through the Lemon Squeezy service, which acts as the official Merchant of Record. We do not collect or store your bank card details. Lemon Squeezy is solely responsible for compliance with tax legislation (including IVA/GST calculation) and transaction security in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

6. Your Rights (ARCO-POL)

Under GDPR (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to access, rectify, erase data, restrict processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. You also have the legal right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.

7. Storage and Security

Data is stored in the secure cloud infrastructure of Firebase (Google). We retain data as long as your account is active or until you withdraw your consent. You can clear your history or delete your account at any time via your Personal Cabinet.
